It has come to the attention of Ulster Bank that some of their account holders' transactions are not showing up on the screens at ATMs or bank machines.
This is effecting people's statements and leaving them confused as to whether they have been paid or not.
Sineád Ryan, who is consumer columnist with the Independent, chatted to Dermot and Dave about the issue this morning. And neither her, or the bank itself, know exactly what is going on.
She sheds a bit of light on the case...
