This got Dermot and Dave thinking - what do we foolishly spend our money on? 

So forget the rent, childcare, medical bills etc., we wanted to know what our listener's guilty pleasures are when it comes to splashing the cash.

But not before Maria divulged Dave's addiction to buying stuff from online company Wish. He's hooked!!

Caller Linda is practically broke thanks to her children's sweet teeth, admitting, "Oh my God, I have to mortgage for Kinder eggs, it's frightening. Every day."

And an anonymous motorbike enthusiast goes full throttle on bike parts, spending hundreds of euro each week on them, "I now have seven bikes, my girlfriend thinks I only have one".
