No one likes getting bills, particularly in the middle of January.

Hundreds of thousands of people around the country will be receiving a bill for revenue for tax that they owe after being in receipt of a number of the Government's emergency pandemic payments during the height of the first lockdown. These include people who were on the Wage Subsidy Scheme and the Pandemic Unemployment Payment.
