In a recent online interview, Vogue William's hubby Spencer Matthews has voiced his concerns at people saying childbirth is the hardest thing in the world.

He feels it emits a real fear factor amongst women, experiencing it first hand when the couple welcomed their first child, Theadore into the world last year;

"Vogue was absolutely petrified, before giving birth. Like, “Oh it’s going to tear you in half, oh it’s terrible, it’s awful, you’re never going to be the same afterwards”. "And it turns out, she’s fine, she’s great."

We have no doubt how excruciating the process of labour is, but should the pain be highlighted so much in society?
