This has undoubtedly been an incredibly stressful time for all of us. People have been coping with grief, worry for loved ones as well as concerns over their jobs and the stress of working from home.

But when it comes to the actual lockdown, there's actually a lot that we can learn about ourselves from it.

Some people are desperate for things to return to 'normal' whereas others have flourished in the new situation and actually found it to be a great relief.

For a lot of people, lockdown means that they're spending more time with the kids, getting in touch with friends they've lost contact with, improving their fitness or learning to cook.
