When Irish international Stephanie Roche was preparing to take part in the toughest show on Irish telly, she could never have imagined the mental strain that would have come with it.

Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Stephanie revealed the physical preparation she undertook before joining Special Forces: Ultimate Hell Week and how at the end of it all, it was the mental strength that was most important.

Stephanie, who is taking part for Diabetes Ireland, revealed some of the challenges the contestants undertook and how she had no more than two hours sleep at a time across the week.

And of course, as a Manchester United superfan, Stephanie spoke about how emotional she's feeling about Cristiano Ronaldo returning to Old Trafford.
