Lockdown has been incredibly difficult for all of us but if you're struggling with your mental health, the past few months will have been exceptionally difficult.
In Kinvara, the town has come together to promote mental health support and to give local businesses a lift.
Kinvara Alive, which was set up in 2016, offers residents of the area information on how they can access the services they need along with training courses such as SafeTalk.
As Kinvara re-opens after lockdown, they have come up with a brilliant imitative to support local businesses and reward locals who have gone above and beyond during the past few months.
Sean Glynn from Kinvara Alive spoke to Dermot and Dave about the initiative and why breaking the stigma is so important.
