You've often heard of ginger hair being referred to as a 'genetic mutation' (due to the MC1R gene causing the imbalance of melanin) , but now, with thanks to photographer Thomas Knights, it's simply known as 'sexy'!
Since 2013, Knights, who is a redhead himself, has been on a mission to transform the cliché of being a ginger man into something sizzling via RED HOT 100.
Speaking on Dermot and Dave, Thomas tells us about the idea behind his concept;
Red Hot started off as a photography exhibition that was designed to try and rebrand the ginger male stereotype and it quickly became global
He also says;
Often in film and TV, the ginger man is portrayed as an underwhelming character or he bad guy. Never the hero, never the heart-throb

He's now looking for six more males to complete his 12-man line-up for the 2020 calendar (their 10th edition), with the photoshoot taking place in Ibiza this summer;

There's still time to apply so if you tick all their criteria boxes then you're in with a shot.
According to the company, they're looking for guys with an "athletic physique" and an "awesome personality".
