He made over 200 appearances for his Provence, he’s an Irish and Munster rugby legend, Alan Quinlan will be on our telly’s this Sunday with his Virgin Media Television documentary ‘Breakdown: Ireland’s Mental Health Battle’. Alan will explore the struggles and the remedies in Ireland’s fight with mental health and open up about his own struggles.

Alan joined Dermot and Dave to chat about the documentary and the need for the media to break down the stigma around Mental Health.
