The WHOOP is a familiar sight on an athletes wrist at any major sporting event but it isn’t only athletes that wear them, they are becoming increasingly popular with the general public. WHOOP have published some of the Data they have seen in 2021 and its fascinating.

WHOOP’s International Marking Director, Briain Curtin, joined Dermot and Dave to share the data they compiled and some of it is quite personal!
