"It's like self doubt on steroids"

Imposter Syndrome is a term I've heard a lot over time but it wasn't until today that I truly understood its meaning.

It is described as a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud".

Sound familiar? It's a lot more common than you think and can have some very debilitating effects.
