Recently Dermot and Dave received an email from a listener who said her son has just finished 5th year and is 18 years old.
''He is looking for a summer job. He has applied for many entry level jobs in the last month - and mostly hears absolutely nothing from employers. It seems they are all looking for experience.......how can people get experience if no one gives them a start.''
