Back in January, listener Rachel got in touch with Mairead as she was putting together what her husband called a "doomsday box" which contained all the paperwork the family would need if anything ever happened to her.

A lot of you were thinking of doing the same thing, so to bring it to the next level Mairead spoke to Solicitor Elaine Byrne.

Elaine is a huge advocate for making a Will and has seen awful rows that could have been avoided if there was a Will in place.

She explained what can be included in a Will, tax liabilities, how often it can be changed, and what circumstances can revoke a Will.

Elaine also explained what it means to give someone Power of Attorney, and what steps you can take to ensure your family is looked after if something unexpected happened to you.
