A listener was in touch looking for advice after their partner admitted to having an emotional affair, and they want to know how they can work through it.

There were lots of messages from listeners who had been in similar situations in their own relationships, so Mairead spoke to couples counsellor and psychotherapist Natalya Price of Mind and Body Works.
