Clelia Murphy is a woman of many talents, and today she shared another use for a thong that might come in handy.
Mairead was complimenting Clelia's curly blowdry, and her tip to get the most out of a blowdry is to wrap your hair in a thong at night!
They also chatted about Peter Stringer who Clelia is currently training with to prepare for a bodybuilding competition next year!
