Today Mairead had a chat with a woman who has grabbed life by the goolies, but not before going through the hell of a nervous breakdown in her 20s. Daniella Moyles' book 'Jump - One Girl's Search For Meaning' is a very honest account of everything she went through in this time.

Daniella was a successful radio presenter, model and influencer but behind it all she was falling apart at the seams. After plenty of visits to her GP and worsening panic attacks, she ended up quitting her job, finding a therapist and starting meditation and yoga - something she had been so skeptical of before. Not only that, she booked a one-way ticket to travel around the world on her own!

The time away did wonders for her - after 2 years travelling, Daniella is back home and is studying psychotherapy and in a much better headspace.
