Do you remember your first love?

Last night, Mairead was left squirming after watching Virgin Media Televsion's new show First Love.

The first episode of the show saw Franny from Tuam hunting down a woman he hadn't seen in 30 years but still had feelings for.

Let's just say, it ended up being quite awkward!

However, it got us thinking about first loves. Mairead wanted to know do you still think of yours? Are you still with your first love?

One of our listeners Cecelia got in touch to share her and her now husband's story.

Cecelia dated her first love 20 years ago in London, but when she went travelling they broke up and went their separate ways.

Years later, Cecelia had married someone else, he had children with someone else.

However, Cecelia never forgot about him and when looking through old photos a few years ago her heart skipped when she saw him.

With both of their relationships over, she bravely text him saying "Do you want to have a baby with me". He had made a promise to her the day they split up that if they were forty and single, he would want to have a baby with her.

It took him a few days to reply, however he eventually did and they found out they both still wore rings gifted to each other 20 years previous.

The pair reunited four years ago and now share a two year old. They're also very happily married for over a year.
