Each week Mairead chats to someone all about their obsession in life, and this week it's the turn of Cork man Fingal Ferguson who is obsessed with knife making.
Fingal is already well known as a 5th generation farmer in Gubeen, West Cork, and he initially decided to learn about knife making as they are an important tool of his trade and he would benefit from getting a better understanding of them.
This lead him down a rabbit hole, and Fingal told Mairead how his products are now in such high demand that people are willing to wait years to get their hands on one, and he's had to close his waiting list!
