During lockdown, many of you have probably ditched the bra as they’re too uncomfortable - but this is probably because you have the wrong size bra. Today Mairead was joined by the woman who can fix all your bra-related problems just by looking at you!

Bridget Kearney of Belle Femme Lingerie Boutique in Kilkenny was trained to measure without using tape, and she told us that nearly everyone is in a back size that's too big for them, and they should go us 2 to 3 cup sizes too - her most sold size is a 32H!

Bridget is now offering virtual fittings which is very handy while the current restrictions are in place, and she can have you in the right size just from the photos you email to her. She also revealed a fact that surprised Mairead and many listeners too, the lifespan of a bra is only 6 months before it needs to be replaced!!
