If you’ve been thinking about re-wilding your garden, then you’ll want to watch the brand new TV show by Ireland’s much loved wildlife filmmaker Colin Stafford Johnson.

Colin spoke to Mairead about 'The Wild Gardener' which follows his journey to re-wild an acre of land and to get as many creatures as possible to share the land with him.

He wants us to change our thinking from carefully manicured lawns and accept that nature is not neat, and what we see as weeds are home to many different kinds of wildlife.
