The pandemic made many aspects of life very difficult and one of the groups that have really struggle is parents. Stella O'Malley joined Mairead to tell her about a new TV series which is looking for families to take part.

The show will be helping with some of the bad habits that might have gotten worse over the past year and a half, and will be offering tips in a kind and compassionate way.

Stella also gave some advice on how to tackle the increased screen time we've all seen over lockdowns, and how to bring in rules to reign it in.
