Back in March, Mairead spoke to Ciaran from Crazy House Prices all about his battle to buy a home and the Instagram account he started to share the particularly high prices of some houses he saw.
He was back on the show to share a nice update - him and his wife Melissa have gone sale agreed on a house!
Ciaran shared the unusual approach they took to find the house they can now call their own without having to use an estate agent, and what you can expect to see on the Instagram page from now on.
