Irish Start-Up, Abadoo is a company which is helping people to do just that.

Co-Founder of the company, Vanessa Tierney joined Conall on the Sunday Business Show this week to discuss their platform for smart working.

The platform helps companies and job seekers to be matched with options of working remotely or co-working globally at mid to senior level.

This greatly helps people like stay-at-home parents, those trying set up a business, people traveling or those looking to live a more flexible lifestyle.

Abodoo were also finalists at this year's Bank of Ireland Startup Awards.
