Inspired and created by three brothers David, Ivan and Tom Kiersey, Freezin' Friesian is a Waterford based hand-rolled ice cream and frozen yogurt company, located at Ballyhussa Farm, Kilmacthomas.

David spoke to Conall from the Dunmore Food Festival and told him all about their new business which produces artisan ice cream and yogurt utilising their own secret family recipe and milk from their farm.
