On this week's Sunday Business Show Conall was joined by Ken Robertson, former advertising director of Paddy Power.

Ken had quite the career with Paddy Power, being with them for 18 years but recently decided that the time was right to depart and set up his own creative agency.

Using his time and experience with Paddy Power, Ken has now gone on to set up "The Tenth Man" a marketing and advertising provider committed to exploring innovative ways to build and promote brands.

Ken told Conall how his business has a “no contact” policy as they choose who they work with and are looking only for "like minded" clients.
