Marc O'Dwyer, CEO of Big Red Cloud joined Conall on the Sunday Business Show this weekend to talk about the difficulties Irish businesses and SMEs are still facing in terms of finding credit.                           

Big Red Cloud is a leading supplier of online accounting software to the Irish SME market. They recently carried out a survey of 250+ business owners/managers throughout Ireland to find out the challenges they are facing.

In this survey they found that despite the economy continuing to improving and people saying "the boom is back" Irish businesses still face some major barriers when it comes to expanding.

58% claimed that "red tape challenges" are hindering SMEs and many also stated that they believe it is currently harder to find funding than it was 2 years ago.
