Dr Charles Larkin, assistant professor and research fellow at Trinity Business School joined Conall on the Sunday Business Show this week to talk about the coming business trends of the New Year.

The 2018 Abrivia Recruitment/TCD Salary, Employment and Economic Trends Survey has predicted everything from pay rises to a full employment economy and increasing numbers of returning Irish in 2018.  

Over 7,400 clients and 45,000 employees from multiple industry sectors were contacted for the survey.

Dr. Larkin spoke to Conall about the predicted trends for both employers and employees and the coming challenges, such as the obvious difficulties Brexit will bring to Irish start-ups and businesses.
