After months of speculation, Garth Brooks announced the best news we have heard in a very long time. He announced that he is going to play Croke Park on the 9th and 10th of 2022. Ian headed out with the team yesterday to the press conference announcing the concert dates at Croke Park and got a chance to sit down with the country star and have a chat.

Brooks said the crowds here sing on pitch, have great timing and know the lyrics to his songs so for him that is ''dying and going to heaven without dying''.

Ian asked Garth what is his favourite story song and the American said that it had to be ''American Pie'' by Don McClean. He also spoke directly to his Irish fans when he said ''for anyone last time who got a ticket, I would love somehow get together and finish this dance''.
