To boost the Christmas spirit even more, we asked "Wee Daniel" to come in and sing a very special version of his most requested song, 'Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer'. 

The Donegal man loves this time of the year, so when you mix it with his favourite thing to do (singing that is - not having tea with his fans), he was in his element.

To add a bit of seasonal spice, Ian put out a call for a 'Daniel's Little Helper" on air and sing the fun extra lines in-between each verse - the ones only kids know.

Nine year old Aoife from Wexford was the lucky lady selected and she played a blinder!! It was our favourite duet of the year.
