New years resolution - check. Gym membership - check. Avocados, quinoa, kale, black garlic, seaweed, every type of seed imaginable - check. It must be 2018!!

At the beginning of each year, the whole nation goes knees deep into a fitness frenzy as most of us adopt a new fad to answer all our prayers, and make us a better person in every way imaginable. 

With this in mind, many lifestyle gurus and celebrities come up with some innovative (and lucrative) ways of offering us what we yearn, even if they aren't always what they're made out to be.

On Gift Grub this morning, we received a few adverts for these said crazes, and they could be the next big things.

Robbie Keane reckons you should join a club, well lots of clubs actually, while Leo Varadkar and Micheál Martin have an ingenious plan (what politician doesn't I suppose). 

Francis Brennan pushes his "In a tizzy" method, where you're so busy you barely have time to breathe, whereas Eamon Dunphy has a new yo-yo diet of sorts, called the "Flip Flop".

José Mourinho is the last famous face to offer his technique, and he's as results driven as always. It's never your fault ya see, as he hammers home the idea that you need to "take the 'me' out of 'blame'". Special indeed.
