Chris de Burgh has put his luxurious mansion on the market for €12.5 million. Pennies lads.

The Lady In Red singer's eight bedroom Georgian abode, located on the outskirts of Enniskerry village, Co Wicklow, is set on 27 acres of scenic land and boasts 10 bathrooms (8 en-suite), a leisure complex, indoor pool, panic room, games room...the list goes on.

Breakfast Show host Ian Dempsey took a trip down to the lavish residence to see if de Burgh would give him a tour. And he did. A grand tour.

The place is unreal, but with such a hefty price tag a seriously good marketing strategy is needed.

Chris has reworked his 1986 classic hit to help the estate agents out. What a song!
