Those who have been cocooning have been able to feel the wind in their hair and the sun on their skin this week after restrictions were eased and the over 70s could leave their homes to exercise once a day.

Eamon Dunphy and Johnny Giles were only delighted to get out of the house for a bit and came on to have a Gift Grub chat on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show.
