To mark the delicious day The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show checked in on Leo and Michael Martin for their political pancake update.

We then discovered what NPHET have cooking in their professor's pancakes and finally Neven Maguire gave us his unique recipe, full of yokes.... egg yokes!
