Ahead of Ireland's first match of the Six Nations against France this Saturday, Ronan O'Gara and Alan "Quinny" Quinlan have a think about how they can capitalise on the French team's stomach issues.

There's a lot of sh*te talk (literally), but ROG seems to be an expert in the field.

The lads also have a look at how Paul O'Connell is getting on coaching the Ireland U-20 squad, but it seems the youngsters are making a mockery out of him. He needs to brush up on his insta., Snapchat, Twitter etc.

Retired rugby players also get a mention, as there has been a new format introduced to ensure they get work after they leave the 'gentleman's game'. It's more like a mart to be honest, as we see the most prized bull in Ireland being snapped up.

ROG checks in on his house-sitter Simon Zebo (who definitely isn't partying), and it seems Paulie has finally found a way to connect with the teenagers - by putting the 'me' in 'social media'.

What a show!!!
