It has been reported that RTÉ are putting 5 paintings, worth over €1 million, up for auction in Sotheby's next month to help make some dosh for the company.

But that's not all they are putting under the hammer, as Gift Grub discovered.

There's all sorts - from The Late Late Show's barn owl to Marty Whelan's fan-tache-tic facial hair.
