Ever heard of the Marché international des programmes de télévision? Well neither had we until today.

It's where TV networks from across the globe go to showcase what their company has to offer potential markets. 

The RTÉ bosses have jetted over to Cannes, France, to flog some of their shows, such as: 30 episodes of Fair City, Donal Skeehan's Donal's Meals In Minutes, and The Great Lighthouses of Ireland...to name a few. 

To learn more about the event, we gave a few of the other people involved a call to hear how they're getting on with their pitches.

Daniel O'Donnell and Francis Brennan might find themselves in South Asia yet, as their fan clubs in the East seem to be strong, whereas poor aul Ray D'Arcy isn't having much luck at all.

The cast of Carrigstown have Carol to thank for her graft. She's smoking it over there.
