South Africa took home the Webb Ellis Cup, Ireland's Women's Hockey Team Qualified for Tokyo 2020, Katie Taylor continued her winning streak and the FAI Cup Final was an absolute nail biter.

Naturally our Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Shane Ross, was elated.
