It's been a tough few days for Bono, after he lost his voice in the middle of a concert in Berlin on Saturday evening.
But where does that leave the band now? They can hardly keep the show on the road without a world-class singer/performer at the fore??
Well worry not, the rest of the lads (Larry & co.) called a vital casting session to find a temporary replacement and the Gift Grub microphones had an all access pass.
Christy Moore gives them a taste of what he can do with 2 of their classics, lifelong U2 fan Ronan Keating gets a little muddled and Damien Dempsey smashes it out of the park as he reckons, "I can do a job for yiz tonight".
The final tryout pushes them over The Edge though.
Bono moves in Mysterious Ways and our listeners loved it...
