As the dust settles on #GE2020 spare a thought for the journalists who were in the trenches day in, count out, reporting every fact.

They got very little sleep, survived only on a diet of coffee and adrenaline and now that the whole thing is over, some are left feeling a little bereft.

Some journalists are even suffering with a bad case of Post Election Stress Disorder.

We were taken behind the scenes in the country's first 'journalist recovery unit' to find out more.
