Have a fun time and bring them out for pizza...
They're just some of the pearls of advice the kids of Cloonfour National School have for Mick McCarthy ahead of his new term as Ireland manager.
In our latest trip to primary schools across the country, Sharron Lynskey from the Breakfast Show headed to the Wild West to meet the pupils from Cloonfour National School in Roscommon.
Sharron spoke to Cárah, James, Adam, Kian, Jayden, Conor, Caelyn, Simon, Katelyn, Ryan, Nathan, Oscar, Grace, Daniel, Hazel, Debbie, Cody, Gaby, Nicolas, Isabelle, Maddison, Jonathan, Darragh and Jack
They told us how many times they think adults check their smartphones each day and ratted out how much their mammies and daddies use their phones.
They also shared with us some nuggets of wisdom for Mick McCarthy ahead of his new job.
A massive thanks to Principal Ciara Kearney who invited us down for a visit, teachers Elaine Coyne and Jenny Fannon as well as Liz Compton and Jeanette Foley and all the pupils at Cloonfour NS in Roscommon.
