Well, we're nearly through the worst of January lads - the end is in sight.

Despite, the misery of the month and blue Monday, we made it. It was another great week on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show. 

Ryle Nugent said (or rather sang) goodbye to his one and only Tommy Bowe and Shauna headed out to St Colmcille's BNS in Swords to chat to the lads in fourth class.
