The chef-turned-Instagram sensation has just released her second book, Trisha's 21 Day Reset. It contains 60 recipes and helps readers achieve sustainable weight-loss, while also sharing her own weight-loss journey.
Trisha is now 8-stone lighter than when that journey began, and this morning told The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show that she's never felt as well in her life.
She also spoke about how the birth of her nephew motivated her to change her lifestyle to ensure she'd be around to watch him grow up.
