Today, however, Ian spoke to a very important member of the Focus Ireland team, Paddy Markey.
Paddy, who is head chef at Focus Ireland's Coffee Shop, spoke to Ian about the changing face of homelessness in the 20 years since he started working there.
He also joked about being asked 'what's for dinner, Paddy?' on the street, and told Ian about some of the delicious dishes on offer at the centre.
