Almost two thirds of Irish workers are disengaged from their job, according to research from the professional services firm Aon.

The survey also found that most workers don't believe their overall pay and rewards package meets their needs, and women are significantly more likely to feel dissatisfied at work and to be considering a move.

We spoke to workplace psychologist Sinead Brady and John Barry, Managing Director of Management Support Services, about these findings.
