Aer Lingus staff have voted to reject a proposal which would give them a 1 per cent pay rise and a €300 gift voucher instead of a share of the company's profits.
The airline's ground staff voted by 92 per cent to reject the Labour Court recommendation, while cabin crew and pilots rejected it by 96 per cent.
