Last night US President Joe Biden said there are clear signs Putin is weighing up the use of chemical weapons in Ukraine.

President Biden warned that there will be consequences if Russia uses chemical weapons in Ukraine however this was a warning given out to Russia in Syria nevertheless the Kremlin crossed this line.
