Following yesterday's announcement of Budget 2020, Minister for Communications, Climate Action & Environment Richard Bruton praised Paschal Donohoe for "implementing our climate action policy front and centre".

However, there are some who feel the measures announced to tackle the climate emergency don't go far enough, especially when compared with the Brexit contingency fund of €1.2 billion.
