Champion Green, a new national campaign to help drive the renewal of local communities and enterprise, was launched today.

The campaign aims to encourage people to shop locally to help businesses in their community recover from the impact of COVID-19.

The campaign is supported by Kilkenny Design and Visa in association with Retail Excellence, the Small Firms Association and Chambers Ireland.

Marion O'Gorman, the creator of Champion Green and Kilkenny Design's CEO, and Aoibhín Garrihy of BEO Wellness, an ambassador for the campaign, joined us to talk about the importance of supporting local businesses.
