The new quarter-final mechanism for the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship gets underway soon, and there are already a number of controversies.
One is the decision to put the Galway and Kerry game on at the same time as the World Cup final, which Senan Connell describes as "a bizarre, baffling decision."
"We're a sport-mad nation, and no matter what sport you're involved in, the World Cup is on your radar. Every country is going to come to a standstill."
Martin Carney adds: "It's a daft decision. The World Cup final has a television audience of one billion people."
The other controversy is the decision to have Croke Park as a neutral venue for Dublin's game with Donegal.
Although their home venue is officially listed as Parnell Park, Dublin will instead get to play at Croke Park twice - is this affording them special treatment?
