Former All-Ireland winner with Clare and current Wexford hurling coach Davy Fitzgerald has written his second autobiography, At All Costs, and he stopped by the studio to talk about it on The Last Word.
Davy has a reputation for being confrontational, but he says he's not as bad as he used to be.
"I don't take things as personally as I used to. I used to find it hard to deal with stuff."
"I won't say that I was 100% right all the time — I wasn't. The more you look back you say, 'I don't really need to do that.'"
Davy spoke about his coaching style and his relationship with his players.
"It's about getting the best out of the players. Unless my players are in a good place, they're not going to perform."
He also discussed his heart attack and how it has made him think about things differently.
As for his ambitions with Wexford, Davy says: "I'm a dreamer. I believe anything is possible and the day I stop believing that is the day we're in trouble."
"I take one match at a time, but I believe anything is possible."
